This is a high-performance opportunity for experienced sales professionals who know how to control conversations, build trust quickly, handle objections confidently, and close consistently.

You'll work exclusively with warm inbound prospects actively seeking help with their tax problems.

No cold calling.

Compensation

• $16.90/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission
• Average monthly earnings: $5,000–$12,000
• Top performers consistently earn $16,000+ per month
• Paid training

Your income is directly tied to your performance. There is no commission cap.

Work Schedule

• 100% Remote
• Selling tax resolution services to U.S. consumers
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Performance Expectations

• Minimum 30% close rate
• Strong pipeline management and follow-up
• Consistent daily performance with inbound opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of inside sales closing experience
• High-ticket sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling to U.S. consumers
• Excellent objection handling skills
• Strong phone and Zoom sales ability
• Confident, persuasive communicator
• Self-motivated and accountable while working remotely
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
• Fluent English
