Compensation Base Salary (DOE):

• Level 1 (0–3 years post-certification): $85,000–$95,000+
• Level 2 (3–5 years): $88,000–$98,000+
• Level 3 (5+ years): $90,000–$100,000+

Plus:

• Performance-based bonus opportunities ($5,000–$15,000/year, no cap!)

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions for children and individuals with developmental disabilities
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes
• Train and support RBTs on behavioral health strategies

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus: Paid in 30-day installments. Employees who voluntarily leave employment or are terminated for cause before completing 12 months of employment may be required to repay a prorated portion of the bonus. Subject to the terms of the signed Sign-On Bonus Agreement.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
