Lead HVAC Installer & Service Technician Crocco Mechanical – Terryville, CT

$40–$50/hr

Crocco Mechanical is a rapidly growing residential and light commercial HVAC company looking to add an experienced Lead HVAC Installer & Service Technician to our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with customers, and wants to be part of a company focused on high quality installations, strong customer service, and long-term growth.

This position will primarily consist of residential and light commercial installation work including:

• Central air systems
• Heat pumps
• Ductless mini splits
• Furnaces
• Boilers
• Ductwork
• Zoning systems
• Service and repair work

The ideal candidate must be highly skilled with installations and able to perform troubleshooting and repairs independently.

We are looking for someone clean, organized, motivated, and capable of representing the company professionally in customers’ homes.

Requirements:

• S2 or D2 License required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass background check
• Must pass drug screening
• Strong installation experience required
• Professional customer communication skills
• Must take pride in clean, high-quality workmanship
