About the Position:

We are looking for a Physician who has the ability and passion to:

• Acquire full working knowledge of all our programs, services, procedures and operations of an out-of-network Boutique dermatology practice.
• Motivation and dedication to building their patient schedule, and must be able to think out of the box ideas to generate sales and make goals.
• Provide a first-rate experience for our clients.
• Treats clients on 85/25 cosmetic to medical treatment basis.
• Improve upon the many signs of aging by performing non-surgical treatments, i.e. Botox, Sculptra, Fillers, Microneedling with Radiofrequency, Fraxel and Ultherapy!
• Offer medical dermatological services, such as treatments for warts, hair loss, scars, acne, rashes, and more.
• Be a leader and educator for our staff, patients, and community on the latest trends and news in aesthetics and medicine.
• There is an intensive 90-day onboarding period, which you will be full-time (5 days a week) where you will have comprehensive cosmetic training on all procedures, while also assisting Dr. Nichols and other providers during their patients’ appointments.

About the Doctor, Dr. Kim Nichols

A board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Nichols is renowned for her expertise in the fields of cosmetic and medical/surgical dermatology.

Dr. Nichols graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University and attended NYU Medical School, where she discovered her keen interest in the field of dermatology. After graduation, she completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Medical Center and then moved to Los Angeles to complete her MD Dermatology residency at KDMC/Harbor- UCLA Medical Center. During her second year of residency, Dr. Nichols was awarded the prestigious National Women’s Dermatologic Society Mentorship Award. In her final year of training, she was awarded the position of Chief Resident and served as a leader for her residency class.

A native New Yorker, Dr. Nichols returned to Manhattan after finishing her residency. She immediately began working in private practice in addition to serving as volunteer faculty in the dermatology department of St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Medical Center. In 2013, Dr. Nichols relocated to the greater New York City area, and opened her own out-of-network, Boutique, dermatology private in Greenwich, CT, namely, NicholsMD of Greenwich. In June 2016, NicholsMD will be moving to a bigger and brighter location in Greenwich, CT.

Estimated Pay - $750,000 annually

Requirements of the Position

• CT Licensed Physician
• Board Certification
• COVID Vaccinated & Boosted
• Clear Background Check
• Satisfactory References
• Must be able to work evenings and two Saturdays a month.
• Must be available for up to two duty shifts (5pm Friday - 8am Monday) up to twice per month.
• Full-time employee works 40+ hours per week.
• Committed to the NicholsMD mission and considers themselves a privileged ambassador of the Company.

Executes proper documentation within 24 hours of each patient appointment (Intake, Consent, Records, SOAP Note)

• Commitment to concierge care and reasonably available outside of patient hours
• Contributing to make your assigned revenue and retail goals.
• Acquisition of 5 new patients monthly - uniquely referred by you.
• Contributing to the new patient acquisition plans for all offices
• Launching new treatments and products
• Completing Patient follow-up calls
• Completing inventory and administrative duties as assigned
• EHR Patient Satisfaction of 4.7 out of 5.0 or above.

• Completes all training with intensity and focus, provides written recaps, obtain third-party certificates, and attends monthly trainings with their great contribution.
• Takes responsibility to understand and complete NicholsMD’s Physician professional and technical requirements.

Position Type

To ensure concierge care, the provider takes the initiative to have direct and constant relationships with their patients.
