Position Overview
ADG Architecture is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Staff II / Project Designer with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience to join our growing team.
This position provides an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of Educational, Healthcare, Religious, Civic, Commercial, and Public Sector projects throughout Florida. The successful candidate will collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and consultants to develop creative, technically sound, and buildable design solutions from concept through construction.

Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of project development from programming through construction administration.
- Prepare architectural drawings, models, and presentation materials utilizing Revit and BIM workflows.
- Develop schematic design, design development, and construction document packages.
- Coordinate architectural work with structural, civil, MEP, landscape, and specialty consultants.
- Assist with code research, life safety plans, and accessibility compliance.
- Prepare permit and construction documents in accordance with Florida Building Code and client standards.
- Perform field investigations, existing conditions documentation, and site visits.
- Assist during construction administration including submittal reviews, RFIs, field observations, and punch lists.
- Participate in quality control reviews and coordination meetings.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project schedules and deliverables.
- Support proposal graphics, renderings, and presentation materials as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong demonstrated proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Working knowledge of BIM coordination and documentation.
- Experience preparing construction documents.
- Understanding of Florida Building Code and accessibility requirements.
- Strong graphic, design, and technical detailing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Actively pursuing architectural licensure or licensed in the State of Florida.
- Experience working on Educational, Religious, Commercial, or Healthcare facilities.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Forma Cloud.
- Construction Administration experience.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles and LEED is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
