Windows & Doors by Brownell is looking for an experienced carpenter to lead residential window and door installation projects throughout the greater Williston area. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in running a clean, efficient jobsite and leading a small crew—but has no interest in taking home the stress of managing projects. Our field supervisors, leadership team, and office staff handle scheduling, customer communication, and the administrative details so you can focus on craftsmanship, quality, and your crew. Projects are window/door centric remodeling which include replacement windows and doors, custom trim work, and occasional structural modifications. What You’ll Do

• Lead and work alongside a small crew of 1-2 carpenters to install premium windows, doors, and finish trim in residential homes.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide a high-quality customer experience throughout the project.
• Train, mentor, and support team members on installation techniques, safety practices, and jobsite expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve jobsite issues while maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Complete required job documentation and communicate project updates as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of carpentry, remodeling, or construction experience, including window and door installation.
• Advanced finish carpentry, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring others on jobsites.
• Ability to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
