Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens or clothing items with precision.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote a healthy environment.
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and window washing to enhance overall cleanliness.
• Manage janitorial responsibilities including restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe workspace for yourself and others.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is encouraged.
• Knowledge of housekeeper management practices and custodial procedures is advantageous.
• Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments can be beneficial.
• Familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet extractors, and sanitation supplies is essential.
• Demonstrated ability in laundry services and stain removal techniques.
• Strong background in sanitation standards and janitorial best practices.
