TC Hafford Basement Systems is the trusted leader in basement waterproofing and foundation repair throughout Maine and Southern New Hampshire, and we're growing! We're looking for a dependable, positive, and customer-focused in-office Receptionist to join our team in Wells, Maine.

What You'll Do

As the first voice our customers hear, you'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression. This is a phone-based position focused on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every caller reaches the right person quickly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls promptly with a friendly, professional attitude
• Directing calls accurately to the appropriate department or team member
• Providing outstanding customer service on every call
• Assisting with occasional outbound calls and follow-up communications
• Assemble and mail pre-appointment information packets to customers to help ensure they're prepared for their upcoming appointment.
• Supporting smooth day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of receptionist or customer service experience
• Friendly, professional, and confident telephone communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Comfortable sitting and working at a desk throughout an 8-hour workday
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and basic office software is a plus
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
