Job Title: Aesthetics Sales Associate

Reports to: Office Manager

Function: Responsible for achieving sales inquiries and up-selling clients, hitting monthly quotas, excellent customer service, proper sanitation measures, talking with the client while maintaining a professional demeanor, measuring the client, before and after photos, keeping the office tidy, and providing assistance to the Manager.

This is a hands on job. If you are not comfortable touching the client, this job is not for you!

Assists Manager

Consistently creates a friendly environment for our guests by greeting, assisting and quickly responding to client questions and needs.

Demonstrates desired behavior including focus on membership sales, customer service, cash management, member retention, staff interaction, and follow-up with clients.

Maintains quality service by enforcing organization and sanitation standards

Answer messages if the manager delegates it

Schedules and confirms appointments for our clients and members

Prepare client records for treatments which includes and is not limited to wrapping the client, measuring the client, and properly storing everything.

Maintains cleaning and organizing waiting areas, washroom, kitchen, and treatment rooms.

General administrative and clerical support

Experience

Customer service oriented

3-5 Years sales experience preferred

Med Spa, Plastic Surgery, or Dermatology sales (preferred)

Pharmaceutical or Med Grade skincare rep

Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask
Must be outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and external customers
Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends.
Must ensure appropriate protocols are followed.
Must be responsible for clinic Inventory and laser maintenance.
