POSITION: Customer Service Representative II - CSR
EEOC-1: Administrative Support Worker
DEPARTMENT: Operations
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Site Manager
JOB STATUS: Fulltime
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday with possibility of overtime and weekend work
POSITION SUMMARY: Employee is responsible for the administrative tasks and customer interaction supporting the in processing and out processing of privately-owned vehicles (POVs). This position receives, comprehends, provides, and responds to routine information inquiries and service requests using various communication technologies including but not limited to telephones, email, facsimile, postal mail, and the Internet. In addition, CSR II is responsible for responding to escalated and more complex inquiries on a broader scope of topics. Tasks may require simple adaptation and interpretation of provided reference materials.

PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to perform normal office tasks in an efficient, fast paced manner. Must be able to endure long periods of sitting at a desk. Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally. Securing, lifting, boxing of POV files and operation of typical office machines.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Work performed in pleasant, open office environment (Business casual). Work must be completed by an established deadline.
