SDA is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to support prospective customers through the software evaluation process. This role is responsible for conducting product demonstrations, engaging with prospective customers, maintaining customer information, and supporting sales and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys working with customers, presenting products, and learning new technology. Compensation

$17.00–$19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams using established presentation materials and processes.
• Engage prospective customers to understand their business needs and communicate product features and benefits.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with prospects in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities within Zoho CRM.
• Assist with lead management, appointment scheduling, and sales support activities.
• Support monthly reporting by tracking demo activity and customer feedback.
• Assist with social media and online content updates related to product features and company promotions.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of company products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service, sales support, retail sales, account support, or product demonstration experience.
• Experience in presenting information to customers, clients, or groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, and standard business software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting software, product, or service demonstrations.
• Experience using a CRM platform.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience managing social media content or business pages.
• Associate degree or coursework in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
