We are pleased to announce a Director of Rehab position in our beautiful Logan, UT location. We’re excited to offer our DOR up to a $10k signing bonus. Prior Director of Rehab experience is highly preferred or, as an equivalent, 5+ years as a lead therapist in a SNF/Rehab setting required. This position is full time and includes a comprehensive benefit package. Our Director of Rehab would be responsible for the following:

• Recruit, hire and train physical and occupational therapy staff.
• Develop departmental budgets and oversee financial matters.
• Understand federal and local regulations and ensure the facility follows them.
• Provide patient and facility data to stakeholders upon request.
• Serve as liaisons between physicians, nursing staff and physical and occupational therapists.
• We are dedicated to providing optimum physical, occupational, and speech therapies to our patients.
• The Director of Rehab must hold a current therapist license in the following areas: OT, COTA, SLP, PT, or PTA.
