We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive Entry-Level Business Analyst to help transform business data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities, improve business processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical documentation.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
• Perform data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and recommend process enhancements.
• Prepare presentations and business cases for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or volunteer experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
