Landscape Sales Designer

$72,000–$130,000+ per year

Lotus is seeking a motivated Landscape Sales Designer to manage the full sales cycle for residential landscape projects—from the initial client meeting through design, proposal, sale, and handoff to production.

What You'll Do

• Design and sell high-quality residential landscape projects that meet Lotus standards for safety, quality, and profitability.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through site visits, follow-ups, proposals, and closing meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while generating new business.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and well executed.
• Manage the customer experience from first conversation through final billing.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in landscape design/build or related construction sales.
• Experience designing and selling residential landscape projects (tree care or maintenance experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with CRM software, estimating tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred certifications: CGIP, Master Gardener, ISA Arborist, ICPI, Builder's License, or pesticide license.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $72,000 plus performance-based commission/bonus (OTE $130,000+)
• Full-time, in-person (hours vary seasonally)
• Reports to the Sales Manager
