Focus On Living Support Services is looking to fill its PCA positions with qualified individuals. Focus on Living PCA services is now offering a two-part New Hire bonus. New employees will receive a $250 bonus once they reach 90 days of employment without incident, and a second bonus of $500 once they reach 6 months of employment without incident.

The current wage schedule goes as follows, and will be implemented based on an individual client's approved services.

PCA- $17-18 per hour

Homemaking- $17.50 per hour

In-Home Supports- $17.50 per hour

Respite- $20.00 per hour

Also, qualified persons must: 1) have the ability to drive and obtain a valid driver's license (provided upon employment); 2) pass appropriate state background checks; 3) be PCA Certified in the state of Minnesota.
