Head of Ecommerce Growth

We are a profitable ecommerce company on track to exceed $4M in annual revenue, selling premium personalized Christian products across Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify. Our products are designed and manufactured in-house, our marketplace business is proven, and we're now investing in building our next growth engine: Direct-to-Consumer.
This is not a social media role.
This is a revenue and performance role.

The Role
You will build and own our direct-to-consumer growth engine.
You'll be responsible for acquiring profitable customers, improving conversion, and building repeatable systems that scale.
This includes:
Initially, you'll execute directly. As the DTC business grows, you'll help shape the team and determine where outside partners or additional hires make sense.
You'll own the DTC P&L and be trusted to make meaningful decisions that impact company growth.
We expect regular use of AI tools to accelerate creative production, reporting, analysis, and experimentation.

This role is about building the next stage of the company by:
You'll join a company that designs and manufactures its own products in-house, with an established production team, professional product photography capabilities, and the ability to launch, test, and iterate on new products quickly. You'll have direct access to the people and resources needed to execute, not layers of bureaucracy.
You'll be building something from the ground up inside a company that already works.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
