What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a core member of our logistics team, you will keep our supply chain moving smoothly by safely handling freight throughout the dock and warehouse.

• Load & Unload: Efficiently move, stack, and stage palletized freight using various Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including forklifts and pallet movers.

• Warehouse Operations: Handle shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages to ensure inventory is exactly where it needs to be.

• Safety & Quality First: Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality compliance, and safety protocols to protect yourself and your teammates.

• Team Collaboration: Tackle daily goals alongside an energetic team, stepping in to support other warehouse tasks as assigned.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• Physical Stamina: Ability to comfortably lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliability: A dependable, responsible work ethic with a track record of showing up for your team.

• Legal Alignment: Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. and successfully complete a standard background check.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience operating a forklift.

Pay Range:

For this union-represented posting, wage rates and ranges and benefit offerings are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions. The starting pay rate for this position starts at $23.00/hr. The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Weekly pay, extensive training, growth opportunities, 401(K), defined-benefit pension plan, medical-dental and vision after waiting and or probation period, paid vacation, paid sick and family and medical leave time as required by law, paid holidays, education assistance program, discounted employee stock purchase program.
