MRCOOL E-commerce Operations Assistant

Position Overview
MRCOOL is seeking an E-commerce Operations Assistant to support our growing network of B2B e-commerce dealers. This role focuses on order processing, listing accuracy, and dealer support, ensuring that MRCOOL products are represented accurately and orders flow efficiently from purchase to fulfillment.
This position is operational in nature and plays a critical role in supporting sales growth by reducing friction, improving accuracy, and maintaining consistency across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Order Processing
● Process inbound purchase orders from approved B2B e-commerce partners. Including being a back up for Box Store order downloads.
● Review orders for accuracy, including SKUs, pricing, freight method, and ship-to details.
● Enter and validate orders in MRCOOL’s internal systems.
● Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies prior to order release.
● Monitor order status through fulfillment and shipment confirmation.
Website & Listing Accuracy Management
● Review e-commerce dealer websites to ensure accurate representation of MRCOOL products.
● Verify product specifications, descriptions, images, compatibility details, and warranty language.
● Identify and document inaccuracies or outdated content.
● Coordinate corrections with dealers and internal teams as needed.
● Perform recurring audits to maintain ongoing accuracy and compliance.
Dealer Onboarding & Product Upload Support
● Assist e-commerce dealers with initial product setup and uploads.
● Track dealer progress from onboarding through full product go-live.
● Maintain internal tracking of:
● Serve as a point of contact for dealers during onboarding and content updates.
MAP & Channel Compliance Support
● Monitor dealer listings for pricing and policy compliance.
● Flag potential issues for internal review and follow-up.
● Maintain documentation of recurring issues or trends.
