Description
The eCommerce Sales position is responsible for selling our open box and liquidation inventory on various online platforms including popular auction sites. They create the listings, take photos, work with managers to set pricing, negotiate offers, and provide excellent customer service. They should be a self-starter and have a positive, can-do attitude. As part of the warehouse team, they will split their time evenly between sales and shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and descriptive eCommerce listings
• Take and edit photographs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Process returns
• Follow guidelines and formulas for pricing
• Process orders in inventory management software (NetSuite)
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Assist Warehouse and Returns departments as needed

Position Requirements

• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation
• Lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Able to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours; lift, bend, stretch, and reach; use a stepstool, ladder, and an industrial staircase
• Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, scanner, and other computer components

Education

• High school education or equivalent

Knowledge & Experience

• Previous online auction seller experience required
• Can operate a DSL camera or equivalent
• Photoshop or equivalent experience
• Basic HTML for listing page design
• Repricer or similar app experience
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity, or willingness to learn, about network security devices

Work Conditions

• 40-hour week, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

• Climate-controlled, newly renovated office and warehouse

Compensation

Position is offered through Manpower as temp-to-hire. Well-performing employees may be hired by BlueAlly after 90 days of employment, subject to leadership approval. BlueAlly employee benefits are available after transition from Manpower to BlueAlly employment.
