In this role you will use AUTOCAD to do detail drafting layout of low and medium electrical for mining and mineral processing equipment (conveyors, crushers, grinders, screeners, pumps and more) and facilities and controls. You will use AUTOCAD to do electrical panels, SLDs (single line diagrams), cable layouts, power and lighting hook-ups, controls/PLCs, and more.

• This is a Contract position with potential for long-term employment for well-qualified candidates.
• Pay for this position will be in the $30-$40/hr range. Position will be daily in Tucson, AZ office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience and training/Certifcates in Electrical Drafting, ideally 5-10 years+ experience
• Must be proficient with AUTOCAD
• Experience with low and medium voltage electrical, panel layouts, SLDs (single line diagrams), schematics, cable hook-ups, etc.
• Ideal candidate will have experience with mining, mineral processing or large construction equipment (conveyors, crushers, grinders, screeners, pumps and more) and facilities and controls/PLCs
• Good communication skills
