About Us

We are a rapidly growing, culture-driven practice with corporate-level systems and structure. We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to lead operations, support team performance, and help scale the practice as we continue to grow.

Compensation & Incentives

Hourly pay range is based on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as scheduling efficiency, case acceptance, collections, and overall office performance. Top-of-range compensation is reserved for proven leaders who consistently drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations and team performance
• Lead scheduling, patient flow, and customer experience
• Present treatment plans and financial arrangements (HMO/PPO/Denti-Cal)
• Manage insurance, collections, and accounts receivable
• Coach, train, and hold team members accountable
• Resolve patient and office issues professionally
• Support growth initiatives including marketing runs, KPIs, and internal systems
• Collaborate closely with doctors and leadership

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years dental or orthodontic office management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of dental insurance and financial coordination
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs and Sheets
• Dolphin software experience a plus
• Bilingual required (Spanish)
• Willing to work one Saturday per month
