Job description:

Adamson Ahdoot LLP is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for clients who have been wrongfully injured. We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help drive the success of our pre-litigation department. This leadership role is responsible for supervising case managers, ensuring the timely and effective handling of pre-litigation PI cases, and maintaining the highest standards of client service and legal case management.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of the personal injury legal process, and proven experience in managing people and processes in a fast-paced legal environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision & Leadership:

• Manage and supervise a team of PI case managers and assistants.
• Monitor workload distribution and adjust assignments to ensure efficiency.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and training to team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins.
• Assist with complex case strategy, demand preparation, and negotiations.
• Monitor individual and team OKRs and ensure compliance with quotas and goals.

Quality Control:

• Oversee all stages of the case lifecycle (treatment, demand, negotiation, settlement).
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Review and approve demands, medical summaries, and settlement memos.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex case issues to attorneys as needed.

Process & Workflow Optimization:

• Develop and implement procedures and best practices to improve case flow.
• Monitor KPIs such as case cycle time, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
• Ensure the team adheres to firm policies, compliance requirements, and legal deadlines.
• Track department performance and provide reports to firm leadership.

Client Experience

• Foster a client-focused culture across the case management team.
• Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure all client communications are timely, accurate, and well-documented.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management. Strong knowledge of personal injury processes, medical terminology, and insurance practices.
• Excellent leadership, delegation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Salesforce, Filevine, Needles, Clio) and Microsoft Office Suite. We are a paperless office.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
