This is a full-time, position (Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings) based in our center with some local travel.

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs
• Conduct FBAs, skills assessments, and treatment planning
• Analyze data and adjust programs to drive meaningful progress
• Ensure high-quality implementation of all clinical services

Team Development

• Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
• Provide hands-on training and support to staff, caregivers, and educators
• Lead team meetings and collaborate across disciplines

Family & Program Support

• Partner closely with families through consultation and parent training
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
• Support successful implementation across home and center settings

Operational Support

• Assist with staff management, onboarding, and program growth initiatives
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and mission-driven center culture

Clinical Skills You'll Use

• Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Preference and skills assessments
• Behavior plan development
• Data analysis and progress monitoring (CentralReach)
• Report writing for funding sources and interdisciplinary teams

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Active BCBA Certification & License
• At least 2 years of experience developing and supervising ABA programs
• Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and behavior analysis
• Confidence working with families, funders, and interdisciplinary teams
• Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring others

Physical & Practical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active sessions (running, kneeling, floor play, etc.)
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Access to a laptop/tablet for programming and data analysis
