This is a full-time, position (Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings) based in our center with some local travel.

What You'll Do
Clinical Leadership
- Design and oversee individualized ABA programs
- Conduct FBAs, skills assessments, and treatment planning
- Analyze data and adjust programs to drive meaningful progress
- Ensure high-quality implementation of all clinical services
Team Development
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
- Provide hands-on training and support to staff, caregivers, and educators
- Lead team meetings and collaborate across disciplines
Family & Program Support
- Partner closely with families through consultation and parent training
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
- Support successful implementation across home and center settings
Operational Support
- Assist with staff management, onboarding, and program growth initiatives
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, and mission-driven center culture
Clinical Skills You'll Use
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Preference and skills assessments
- Behavior plan development
- Data analysis and progress monitoring (CentralReach)
- Report writing for funding sources and interdisciplinary teams
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active BCBA Certification & License
- At least 2 years of experience developing and supervising ABA programs
- Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and behavior analysis
- Confidence working with families, funders, and interdisciplinary teams
- Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring others
Physical & Practical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active sessions (running, kneeling, floor play, etc.)
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Access to a laptop/tablet for programming and data analysis

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
