We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Location F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to lead and oversee the financial services operations across multiple dealership locations. Duties

• Lead and coordinate the F&I departments across multiple dealership locations to ensure consistent performance and customer experience.
• Maximize profitability by effectively presenting and selling Finance and Protection Products.
• Insure 100% compliance with all federal satte and location regulation regarding automotive financing.
• Collaborate with sales managers and sales staff to seamlessly transition buyers from the showroom to the finance office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of successful F & I management experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficient with Dealertrack , RouteOne, and Darwin
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to commute/travel among assigned local dealerships.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
