Build Better. Solve Problems. Make an Impact.
Spinnaker Contract Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer who enjoys being where the action is—on the manufacturing floor.
This is not a desk engineering position. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment, works side-by-side with Production, Quality, and Test, and takes ownership of improving how products are built.
You will serve as the critical link between Engineering and Manufacturing by supporting production, creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, solving process issues, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement throughout the factory.
If you enjoy troubleshooting, improving processes, working with people, and seeing your ideas immediately improve production, this is the role for you.

- Identify recurring manufacturing issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with ISO requirements and customer specifications.

- Support engineering verification testing and process validation.
- Help transition new products smoothly into production.

- Serve as the communication bridge between Engineering and Manufacturing.

- Train production personnel on new processes and work instructions.
- Work closely with supervisors to improve workflow and eliminate bottlenecks.
