Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Manager - Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, with a passion for delivering consultative customer experiences. As a CSR, you will be responsible for managing client accounts,
identifying coverage gaps, and implementing strategies to enhance retention and
cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, certificates, claims support, and coverage questions
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other policy servicing requests
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, policy updates, and client needs
• Review policies for accuracy and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
• Support producers/agents with account management and retention efforts
• Help identify cross-sell and coverage opportunities when appropriate
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in delivering a positive and seamless customer experience from start to finish
• Stay current on agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and insurance products

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred
• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning agency management systems
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in an independent insurance agency environment
• Knowledge of personal lines and/or commercial insurance
• Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or similar agency systems
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
