We're looking for an experienced, dependable cook to help lead our evening kitchen operations. This is more than just working the line—you'll be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly, maintaining standards, and supporting the Kitchen Manager when they're off-site.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize the line during dinner service.
• Cook on the flattop, range, fryers, and pizza oven.
• Manage ticket flow and keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Delegate tasks and communicate effectively with the team.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and organization throughout the shift.
• Help train and support newer team members.
• Follow prep, closing, and food safety standards without constant supervision.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous high-volume line cook experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable taking ownership of the kitchen during evening shifts.

Schedule:

• Primarily evening shifts.
• Weeknight and weekend availability required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
