Job Description:
As an Experienced Powersports Salesman, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the right powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations, while ensuring a top-notch buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate powersports vehicles, gear, and accessories.
• Demonstrate product features, performance, and benefits.
• Provide pricing, promotions, and financing options to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and trends in the powersports industry.
• Achieve sales targets and consistently meet dealership goals.
• Process sales transactions and paperwork efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the powersports industry or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a passion for powersports.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
