OVERVIEW:

We are seeking experienced, dependable skilled carpenters to join our growing construction team. We offer consistent, year-round work for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, show up reliably, and can complete projects professionally and efficiently.

Our projects include residential renovations, exterior repairs, structural repairs, finish carpentry, trim work, decks, porches, siding, framing, and other general carpentry work.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry
• Complete framing, trim, siding, deck, porch, and repair work
• Diagnose and repair damaged or rotted structural materials
• Read measurements and follow project scopes accurately
• Work independently and as part of a crew
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and homeowners
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Properly care for company tools, equipment, and materials

Qualifications

• Previous professional carpentry or construction experience required
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair methods
• Ability to complete projects with limited supervision
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable traveling to different job sites
• Ability to lift construction materials and perform physically demanding work
• Must have basic hand tools appropriate for the position
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
