We promise the following if you join our team:
· 120K-200K depending on experience, with three weeks paid time off, plus bonus.

· You won’t ever have to do an intake call, consultation, or talk to clients about their bill. We have a team to handle all of that for you. We don’t expect you to generate clients or referrals. We just want you to focus on being a great lawyer.
· There is a partnership track available after three years on the job and unlimited income and growth potential.

What You Need to be Successful in this Role:
· You have at least three years of experience in family law and have experience billing 32 hours per week in a CRM, such as Clio or a CRM similar to Clio.
· You understand that family law clients need updates and frequent phone calls on their case and you don’t take days to respond to clients.
· You have genuine compassion for people.
· You have an objectively great personality, talent and ambition, and you want to be around others who have the same great personality, talent and ambition.
· You like to work independently.
· You’re low-key on drama and you want to grow with us and become a better version of yourself.

More (briefly) About Us: We have eight lawyers and twenty employees, including a billing specialist who handles bills (so you don’t have to) and an intake team who signs up clients (so you don’t have to). We have offices in Bellevue and Houston with ambitions to grow to more markets in the next few years. While we maintain a Bellevue physical office, we work from home and meet weekly on zoom for team meetings and quarterly for either dinner or lunch meetings to check in with each other.
