We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BCBA Trainee to join our team. This position provides an opportunity for individuals pursuing BCBA certification to gain supervised fieldwork experience while developing clinical, leadership, and operational skills within an ABA organization.
The BCBA Trainee will support the clinical team through direct and indirect service activities while also assisting with administrative functions that contribute to quality client care, staff support, and organizational efficiency.
This role is ideal for candidates enrolled in a behavior analysis graduate program who are seeking supervision hours and exposure to both clinical and administrative aspects of ABA service delivery.
