What You'll Bring

• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or International Shipping (Import/Export knowledge)
• Strong customer service skills and able to build trust/rapport quickly.
• Proficiency with logistics software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping deadlines on track.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—anticipating issues before they arise.

Duties:

• Send accurate freight quotes for Air, Ocean, and Ground Shipments.
• Act as main point of contact for customers handling their inquiries and resolving problems
• Track and monitor shipments, proactively updating customers on status and resolving any delays or issues.
• Advise customers immediately of any delay or issue affecting their shipments
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handover from sales to execution.
• Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
• Proactively communicate shipment status updates, resolve issues, and manage exceptions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.

Wage range of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
