We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative / Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for guests, assisting with
appointment scheduling, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
This is an on-site position. We are looking for both full-time and part-time team members.
Schedule Requirements: for part-time -
- 20-25 hours per week
- Shifts needed : 2pm-7pm weekdays (3-4 weekdays required)
- Up to 3 Saturdays per month with availability from 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM

- 30-40 hours per week
- Shifts needed : open availability with a variety of shifts offered
- Up to 3 Saturdays per month with availability from 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments
- Respond to customer emails and other communications
- Investigate and resolve guest concerns and feedback
- Provide information regarding services, products, and promotions
- Maintain accurate records and appointment information
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Utilize multiple systems and software platforms while managing guest needs
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a focus on guest experience and satisfaction
- Professional telephone and email etiquette
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and using new software programs
