RUN JOBS. OWN OUTCOMES. EARN ACCORDINGLY.
The Restoration Group is growing fast across Delaware — and our rebuild and reconstruction pipeline is expanding to match. We’re looking for a Rebuild Project Manager who wants to run jobs end-to-end and earn in proportion to what they deliver.
This isn’t a coordination role. You’ll own the full lifecycle of residential and commercial restoration projects — from scoping and estimating through subcontractor management, client communication, and final closeout. The work is demanding. The earning potential reflects that.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW
- TRG is growing intentionally across Delaware — demand is outpacing capacity and we’re building the team to meet it
- We’ve structured compensation to reward project outcomes, not just tenure — roughly half of your target earnings are tied to the results you drive
- You’ll have real autonomy: own your project portfolio, build your subcontractor relationships, and run your jobs the right way
WHAT YOU’LL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
You take a job from signed contract to satisfied customer. Specifically:
Project Execution
- Own residential and commercial restoration projects from kickoff through final walkthrough and billing closeout
- Build and maintain project schedules and budgets; identify scope changes early and get them documented and approved
- Keep jobs moving — anticipate delays, resolve field issues, and hold subcontractors to timeline and quality commitments
Scope Management
- Write and submit supplements and change orders; coordinate with office/clients to get approvals without losing momentum
- Track job-level financials throughout execution and flag margin risks before they become problems
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination
- Manage a reliable bench of trade subcontractors; hold them accountable to scope, schedule, and workmanship standards
- Coordinate material procurement and deliveries to keep jobs on schedule without over-ordering
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, adjusters, and property managers throughout each project
- Provide proactive updates, address concerns quickly, and deliver the kind of experience that generates referrals
- Maintain complete project documentation — contracts, change orders, photos, permits, and closeout packages
COMPENSATION
TRG uses a 50/50 model — competitive base plus variable compensation tied directly to job profitability and execution outcomes. The better you run jobs, the more you earn.
- Total Target Earnings: $100,000–$120,000+
- Top performers earning above target is the expectation, not the exception
- Compensation is tied to outcomes — margin, schedule, and client experience — not just tenure
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- 3+ years of project management experience in residential construction, restoration, or related field services
- A track record of running projects on time, on budget, and to quality — and recovering gracefully when things go sideways
- Strong communication skills — you can manage a tough client conversation and a difficult sub on the same day without losing your composure
- Working knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
- Established subcontractor relationships in the Delaware/Tri-State market
No specific degree required — we care about what you’ve built and how you’ve performed, not where you studied.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- Total Target Earnings of $100,000–$120,000+ (base + performance-based variable)
- Company truck
- Fuel card
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off and paid holidays
