Pathway Patient Advocates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Assistant Private Patient Advocate to support our clinical advocacy team. This remote role offers flexible hours and is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about helping patients navigate the complexities of the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care Navigation: Assist clients and families in navigating healthcare systems and services.
• Clinical Review: Review and organize medical records to identify gaps in care, errors, or areas of concern.
• Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to streamline care.
• Advocacy: Champion patient rights to ensure the delivery of high-quality, personalized care.
• Support: Provide emotional support and connect clients with essential medical resources.
• Consultation: Work with the Pathway team to develop and execute personalized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Required License: Must be a licensed, Board Certified Physician Associate (PA) with a minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Preference: Doctor of Medical Science (DMS)
• Preference: Residents in New York or Minnesota. This position is remote.
• Experience: Prior patient advocacy experience is recommended but not required; we provide training for the right candidate.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong remote time-management skills, and fluency in English.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and adaptable to new software.

Job Details:

• Rate: $40–$50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Schedule: Part-time (10+ hours/week) with a flexible weekday day-shift schedule.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
