Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Apprentice Helpers to assist electricians and skilled trades personnel on commercial and industrial construction projects. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in learning the electrical trade while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction environment. Apprentice Helpers will support daily job site operations, maintain clean work areas, transport materials, and assist with basic installation tasks under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist electricians and apprentices with installation of electrical systems and components
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment throughout the job site
• Pull wire, organize materials, and assist with conduit installation
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and journeymen
• Support site safety efforts and comply with OSHA and company safety standards
• Load and unload materials and deliveries
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Perform general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
• Interest in learning the electrical trade
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
