Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to support professional growth.
• Oversee performance management processes, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback sessions to foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements.
• Lead change management efforts during organizational restructuring or process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication.
• Administer employee benefits programs using platforms like Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity; handle benefits inquiries and manage benefits enrollment processes.
• Cultivate positive employee relations by resolving conflicts effectively through conflict management strategies and maintaining open communication channels.
• Coordinate workforce management activities utilizing HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and analytics.
• Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and developing talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices in HR sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA standards and workers' compensation procedures.
• Proven experience in change management, organizational design, and strategic planning to support business growth.
• Proficiency with HR technology platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar HRIS systems for data entry and workforce analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through clear and effective dialogue.
• Demonstrated project management skills to lead multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while fostering a culture of trust and transparency within the organization.
• Administrative experience in benefits administration, payroll processing using systems like Paychex or ADP, and contract management.

Pay: $83,621.00 - $108,661.85 per year
