• Manage data collection processes, ensuring completeness and correctness of information gathered from various sources
• Use computer skills to perform data entry tasks, including typing, transcription, and order entry
• Organize and file digital and physical documents systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards
• Create and maintain pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze data trends and generate reports for internal use
• Support clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
• Assist with basic math calculations related to data validation or inventory counts as needed

Skills

• Proficiency in working with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry and filing processes
• Solid understanding of office procedures, clerical experience, and administrative support functions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Basic math skills for data validation or inventory management tasks
