About the Role:
The Move, Add, Changes (MAC) AssociateProject Manager is responsible for supporting and managing small tomedium-sized projects related to office reconfigurations, employee moves, spaceoptimizations, and minor renovations within our client’s facilities. This roleensures that all MAC projects are executed efficiently, on time, and withinbudget, minimizing disruption to business operations. The Associate ProjectManager will collaborate with various internal departments, external vendors, andstakeholders to deliver successful workplace.
This role involves on-site presence 4 days a week at the client’s office and 1 day a week work from home. Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate project schedules and urgent issues.
What You'll Do:
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

MAC Planning & Coordination:
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for MAC. Coordinate and schedule resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and contractors, for projects and day-to-day tasks.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Prepare and manage project documentation for example but not limited to; development of project plans, project scope, small test-fits/block plans (CAD and Bluebeam), onsite validations (spaces, furniture, surplus). schedules, budgets, and change orders.
Responsible for managing MAC work order requests (non-project related).
Focused on small to medium scale MAC work, such as single trade, low spend, or low risk.
May partner with more senior level MAC or Project Managers to execute work.
Interface with Client End-Users/Project Requestors.
MAC Execution & Monitoring:
Oversee the day-to-day execution of MAC projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant building codes.
Define scope of work; engage the requestor for any additional details that may be needed.
Includes vendor sourcing (RFP's, Quotes, PO's, Invoice Review), vendor oversight (ordering, scheduling, installation, closeout), change management, and conflict resolution.
Route for approvals as necessary.
Follow up to the end-user to ensure client satisfaction.
Partner with Occupancy Managers to assist with data collection and floor plan accuracy.
Stakeholder Communication & Management:
Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal departments (e.g., IT, HR), employees, and external service providers.
Gather stakeholder requirements and ensure that project deliverables meet their needs and expectations.
Budget & Resource Management:
Track project expenses and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
Assist in the selection, negotiation, and evaluation of contracts with architects, engineers, and consultants as needed.
Post-MAC Project Activities:
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture lessons learned.
Ensure all project close-out documentation is completed accurately.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in facilities, real estate, or workplace services.
Experience with Move, Add, Changes (MAC) projects is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
CAD experience required.
Proficiency Bluebeam and project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and construction documents.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Customer service-oriented with a focus on understanding client needs.
Basic understanding of building codes and construction means and methods is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Turner and Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
