Parts Associate

About Us: BIK Boom Trucks LLC is a service and repair facility that specializes in repairing and maintaining truck mounted loading/unloading equipment such as, articulating knuckle cranes, boom trucks, and truck mounted forklifts.

Pay-Structure: $20 - $25 per hour

Qualified Candidates are required to have:

• Strong, pleasant phone presence
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer, and email experience: Excel, Word experience required. QuickBooks experience a plus.
• Own transportation and maintain a valid drivers license.
• MUST be reliable, punctual, and able to operate well under occasional demanding situations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering, routing and prioritizing all incoming calls
• Taking customer parts orders over the phone, and/or at counter, and arranging fulfillment as needed.
• Routing service-related calls to Service Manager
• Ordering and tracking parts
• Manage inventory levels of consumable parts and shop supplies.
• Coordinate with various Vendors as needed.
• Arrange for pickup, and/or delivery of parts or trucks as needed. (Shipping/Receiving)
• Manage customer issues as needed.
• Administration
• Open/close purchase orders
• Close completed work orders as instructed
• Filing
• Work with BIK head office accounting team on a daily basis.
• Track, manage, and order office supplies as needed.
• Any other potential duties that may be related to customer service, parts management, and administration.

• $20-$25 per hour, paid bi weekly, depending on experience.
