Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced shift Supervisors to help lead our amazing location in Dennis Port. Supervisors are responsible for overseeing shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment by effectively communicating with team members and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding promotions and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered from customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong skills in customer service, sales management, and time management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers alike.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the store environment.
• Must have transportation to our Dennis Port location
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
