Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: W-2 Employee

Pay: $500 weekly draw for first 2 weeks, then commission | Estimated $1,000 to $1,800+ per week

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound subsidy leads and live transfer calls from consumers actively seeking ACA health insurance coverage.
• Enroll qualified consumers in ACA Marketplace plans across a strong multi-carrier portfolio.
• Work toward and maintain consistent weekly member enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all CMS and carrier compliance guidelines.
• Build working knowledge of all available carriers and plan options to best serve each client.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license required. Insurance sales experience required - new to ACA is welcome.
• Licensed in a minimum of 5 states required. Priority states include: AL, AZ, FL, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MO, MS, NE, NC, OH, TN, and TX.
• Proficiency with computers and enrollment platforms required.
• Must be able to work in-office in Deerfield Beach, FL Monday through Friday.

Compensation

Draw: $500 per week for the first two weeks while your pipeline builds.

Commission: Tiered per-member rate based on weekly enrolled member count.

0 to 55 members: $15.00 per member

56 to 74 members: $20.00 per member

75 to 99 members: $25.00 per member

100 to 129 members: $27.50 per member

130 or more members: $30.00 per member

CPA Performance Bonuses (added on top of base per-member rate):

CPA under $80: additional $2.50 per member

CPA under $70: additional $2.50 per member (stackable with above)

CPA over $110: rate reduces to $15.00 per member

Estimated weekly earnings based on consistent production:

Developing producer: approximately $1,000 per week

Strong consistent producer: approximately $1,400 per week

Top performer: approximately $1,800 or more per week

Actual earnings depend on weekly member volume and CPA performance.
