Position Overview

We’re hiring Instructional Support Specialists to work on school sites, providing individualized learning in Math and Reading. This role uses research-based strategies to help students meet grade-level benchmarks and accelerate learning.

Requirements

• AA degree or higher.
• Proficiency in tutoring Math and Reading across grade levels (4th grade).
• Preferred location: library or community center
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Passion for closing achievement gaps and student success.

Schedule & Pay

• Twice a week/ 1-2 hours per week.
• Hours: Flexible between 9am-2pm.
• $25/hour
