Our diverse portfolio includes high-profile work for agricultural clients, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWM), and the Army Corps of Engineers. We pride ourselves on quality, safety, and delivering solutions for some of the region's most demanding infrastructure projects.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Management Intern to join our team for the summer. In this role, you will be directly paired with one of our experienced Project Managers in a mentorship capacity. You will gain hands-on, real-world experience through a dynamic mix of field operations and office-based project management tasks.

What You Will Do:

• Shadow and Support: Work closely with a senior Project Manager to learn the daily operations of industrial concrete construction.
• Field Operations: Visit active job sites to observe project progress, assist with quality control, and ensure safety compliance.
• Project Documentation: Assist in drafting and processing RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and daily logs.
• Estimating & Scheduling: Gain exposure to reading blueprints, material take-offs, and project scheduling.
• Client Communication: Observe and assist in coordination with our major clients, including government entities and agricultural partners.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong interest in heavy civil, industrial, or concrete construction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in both an office environment and active, outdoor construction sites.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
