Position Title: Inside Sales Executive / Demand Generation Specialist (US Region)

Location: North Carolina, United States (Remote/Hybrid with travel as needed)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales / Demand Generation Specialist for our client in the U.S. to help building U.S. Sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research target retail, CPG, and eCommerce accounts across the U.S.
• Execute outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other digital channels.
• Generate qualified meetings for the leadership and sales teams.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Work closely with marketing on campaigns, webinars, events, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP and buying intent.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and leadership to develop targeted account strategies.
• Consistently achieve monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of Inside Sales, Sales Development (SDR), Business Development, or Demand Generation experience.
• U.S. Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States.
• Experience generating leads for IT Services, Digital Engineering, Software Services, SaaS, or Technology Consulting companies.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills using LinkedIn, email sequencing, cold calling, and sales engagement platforms.
• Experience engaging Director, VP, and C-level executives.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

• Exposure to Retail, Consumer Goods, or E-Commerce industries.
• Experience generating opportunities for Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, Data & AI, Cloud, or Digital Engineering services.
• Experience working with offshore delivery or global consulting firms.

• Qualified meetings booked per month.
• Sales-qualified opportunities generated.
• Pipeline value created.
• Conversion rate from prospect to qualified opportunity.
• CRM hygiene and activity metrics.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
