What You’ll Do:

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will:

· Maintain and expand our current customer base while developing new business opportunities.

· Utilize strong math skills and conceptual thinking to design and present project concepts.

· Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to provide accurate cost estimates and quotes.

· Leverage our sales process and CRM system to manage opportunities, track progress, forecast sales, and maintain consistent engagement with clients.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for a candidate with:

· Excellent time management and communication skills.

· Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships by educating and advising customers.

· Experience with CRM software and delivering presentations, both in-person and virtually.

· A background in sales and project management within a manufacturing setting is a plus.

What We Offer:

· Competitive Base Salary + Commissions: Base salary of $40,000 - $42,000 with performance-based commissions.

· Vacation Benefits: 2 weeks of vacation starting after 90 days, increasing to 3 weeks after 3 years.
