Regal Capital Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to introduce our employer benefits program to small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. You'll start by sourcing and setting appointments, and grow into running sales presentations yourself as you learn the product.

Since 2018, Regal Capital Solutions has worked with more than 15,000 business owners on tax incentives and savings programs. Our current focus is an employer benefits program that helps businesses lower their payroll-tax costs and increase their employees' take-home pay, built on established sections of the tax code.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers to introduce the program
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
• Follow up consistently by phone, email, and text to keep prospects engaged
• Collect required documents and keep each client moving smoothly through the process
• Help see clients through to enrollment
• Develop into the closing role — presenting the program directly — as you gain product knowledge

You'll own your pipeline from first contact through enrollment. You'll have product and sales support along the way, with responsibility for driving your own accounts to completion.

What we're looking for

• Previous sales experience, ideally phone-based B2B
• Strong communication skills and comfort making outbound calls
• Organized and reliable with follow-up across phone, email, and text
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline with minimal supervision
• Open to learning and growing into a closing role
• Reliable computer, headset, and a quiet workspace (this is a remote position)

Helpful, not required

• Background in benefits, insurance, payroll, or financial services
• Experience with a CRM

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent-contractor role with commission-based pay. Commission is earned per enrolled account and paid monthly for as long as the account stays active. We provide the CRM, dialer, leads, scripts, and presentation tools so you can focus on selling.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
