We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control to join our team in a blow molding manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure all products meet established quality standards through routine inspections, process monitoring, and close collaboration with production, engineering, and sales teams. This role is critical in maintaining product consistency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of finished products and in-process materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor production lines and provide real-time guidance to operators to maintain consistent product quality.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and components to verify conformance to established specifications.
• Document inspection results by completing reports, maintaining logs, and entering data into quality databases.
• Maintain and update inspection checklists, testing protocols, and quality documentation.
• Communicate quality issues clearly and promptly to production staff, supervisors, and management.
• Report non-conformances and quality concerns to the designated reporting officer and assist in corrective action processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operations personnel to investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO, GMP, and HACCP.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or blow molding environment preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, quality data entry systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
