Salesforce Developer Intern

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer Intern to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This is an in-office position requiring attendance five days per week.

You will work directly with our Salesforce Architect and CEO in a small, early-stage team where everyone plays an important role. The environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and focused on execution. This role is primarily centered around solving tickets, supporting day-to-day platform needs, and helping build and improve Salesforce solutions as our practice continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Work on Salesforce tickets and support requests as they arise.
• Troubleshoot issues and help resolve platform-related problems.
• Assist with the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Support system integrations and data management initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect and CEO to understand priorities and complete assigned work.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity and development efficiency.
• Help support the team as we continue to establish and expand our Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• Some Salesforce experience through internships, coursework, certifications, personal projects, or professional experience.
• Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce administration and development concepts.
• Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, SOQL, and related Salesforce technologies is preferred.
• Experience with Node.js and AWS products is preferable, but if not, we are more than happy to teach and support your learning and growth.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in our Brooklyn, NY office five days per week.

Additional Information

• Candidates with more than 4 years of Salesforce experience may be overqualified for this internship position.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
