Overview

Searching for part-time or intern to start which can turn into full-time if a good fit is determined in both directions after the first few months. Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for guests prior to travel with our company on their vacation and to help handle all of the prep: answering questions by email and text and phone. This position serves at that person who purchased the gap between an initial travel booking, and their first day of travel. As long as you can juggle a handful of balls at one time and manage a cell phone and notebook computer and have a great personality for the guest then that's a great starting spot.

All of the guests traveling with our company are dependent upon this position to remove their travel anxiety ahead of their travel date and to make sure they have a quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and texts.
• Make adjustments to customer schedules. And follow up for quality control to check on their experience after travel is completed.

Skills

• Must be okay with off hours calls and texts from guests.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
• No previous customer service experience is required but you have to be abundantly joyful and happy with the guests and the phone calls and texts to address concerns and questions.

$20 per hour starting pay for the first few months for training and to see if it's a good fit for both sides.

Considering the amount of time and money investment in a new person for this position, the company is hoping that This turns into a full-time permanent position going forward.

September and October are usually 3 months with no hours.
